About the room
The name of the building is Flagler Pointe (look it up. it’s right in front of the intercoastal). My current roommate will be moving out at the end of our lease (ends February 7, 2019). I am looking for someone to take her room (the master bedroom). We will split rent evenly (I will only expect you to pay for the additional parking spot since you will get the bigger room). We will split utilities evenly. Since we will be signing a new lease we will both have to pay first, last and security.
This apartment has a homeowners association so you will need to apply and be approved to live in this building. It is gated, has security, concierge, and our apartment floor requires an elevator code. NO PETS per the landlord. There is a washer and dryer in unit. Also has dishwasher. Wifi is free with the building. I fyou want cable you will have to pay for it (I don’t watch TV on TV only on my laptop).
I would prefer female roommate who isn’t messy and is mindful. I keep to myself and don’t usually invite people over (if I do I would let you know).
