There will be a deposit of one month ($1400) and you need to give 1-month notice before ending the lease (so if you are renting 1 month only, you need to let me know at the beginning of the lease) Credit/income verification needed – if you don’t meet requirements doesn’t mean you’ll be rejected but security deposit may go up.
