You will have your own room with closet and shared bathroom, with one person. We have a washer and dryer in the house. You will also have full privileges to the kitchen; just make sure you clean up after yourself. There is also community pool you are welcome to use as well as parking in the drive way. There is also garage space available for additional cost. Utilities will be split runs about $140.00
