Apartment is 3 floors, 1st floor living room, dining room, kitchen. 2nd floor 2 bed rooms , bath, 3rd floor 2 bedrooms. Basement contains washer, dryer, furnace etc. roommate #1 male occupies the smallest of the 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor, he works a lot, hardly ever home. roommate #2 male occupies the 3rd floor bedroom. #3 female 3rd floor room and travels a lot not home much.

Looking to fill the last bedroom on 2nd floor. Room is approx 14 x 14, with a huge closet. Bed available if wanted/needed. (possibly) $700

The apartment has furniture, but if you have couch, kitchen table etc. that can be worked out. The apartment has beautiful hard wood floors through out, large kitchen with new appliances and new cabinets. We keep the place neat and clean, no smoking or pets (sorry), or shoes worn inside (we take shoes off at the door). Month to month, must pay 1st month in full before move in and YOU MUST GIVE ONE MONTH NOTICE and pay that month to leave.

Single person only, no couples. No pets.
