Hi, I’m looking for a person who like to rent a room upstairs. We have a 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in a gated neighborhood with currently four people living in it. This would be a private room with a walk in closet, sharing the bathroom with two other roomates. Rent is month to month. There would be a security deposit of $250, and parking is on the street in front of the house. We have 2 cats in the house, which are very friendly. There is optional furnishings for the room, we have a twin bed, dresser and such if you would like them, but if you already have your own that’s fine too. Looking for someone who is a Christian. We are not 420 friendly. No pets. No more than one vehicle. Must pass background check. The people you’d be living with are Christian. The 2 roomies you’d be sharing a bathroom with are a brother and sister, both mid twenties. The female works overnights at the hospital, and the male works during the week. A middle aged woman rents the master bedroom upstairs, and a male in his mid twenties rents a room downstairs.
