2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2nd floor apartment. Room will be available to come see anytime after Jan 12 and available to move in Jan 19. I won’t prorate the rent, your first rent payment would be due Jan 31 for the montH of February. Roommate would have own room and bathroom. Bathroom is off the room. Fully furnished. Spare room has a twin size bed. Please no big furniture. Room has an armoire and walk in closet. Private apartment with balcony that backs up to the green belt. Smoking ok on balcony. I smoke on the balcony. I have a TV with basic/extended cable and both a Netflix and Hulu account that you may use. I’m a single mom. I have a 12 year old son that keeps to himself and a small dog. He’s very friendly and doesn’t bark often. Sorry, no other dogs allowed. Please clean up after yourself. I have a washer and dryer in the unit. Right off 35 and close to bars and restaurants. Great for college students and others. Room available until at least July 2019 when my lease is up. If I choose to extend you can continue to rent the room, but if my rent goes up your rent may go up as well. Come and go as you please. I work full time 8-5 Monday- Friday. Rent due by the last day of every month. Please don’t be a murderer. :)
