Access to shared living room, dining room, basement, and kitchen with brand new appliances as well as new laundry machines. Great central location 5-10 minutes from tons of shopping and restaurants in the Annapolis Harbor Center, Town Center, Westfield Shopping Center and downtown Annapolis. There is off street parking and street parking available. Utilities are additional. No pets. (There are two well trained dogs in the house.) No smoking inside the house, but smoking outside is okay. Current tenants are two friendly females in their 20’s. One works full-time and the other is a full-time student who works part-time. And a 24 year old male who works full-time.
