Hello there! My roommate and I live in a 3 bedroom house in Jefferson Park - close to Sheridan, Sloan Lake, Mile High Stadium, Federal Boulevard, and less than 5-10 minutes from downtown! We hope to find a 3rd roommate to take over the remaining 8 months on the lease. This would work out to $850 per person; a great deal for an area this close-in to the city!

Included: Great Landlord Big living room & dining room Washer & Dryer in basement Large backyard (sorry - no pets!)

My roommate and I are to 8-5’ers; One woman in her 40’s who works in the legal field, and a late-30’s straight male who works in advertising & tech who lives in the 3rd bedroom in the basement. As this would be for the upstairs room, we would prefer a non-smoking woman or gay male over the age of 30. Just for the sake of keeping a living situation happy, anyone left of the political spectrum is strongly encouraged to reach out to us!
