River Street

Hi all,

I am moving out of my amazing apartment on Dec 1. It is located in one of the waterfront buildings in downtown hoboken. Just next to King’s, close to all downtown restaurants and bars, 5 min from the PATH, NJ transit rail and ferry . 1 min from the bus stop going to upper Manhattan.

The room is comfortable, very big and can fit any size bed. The closet is equally big for plenty of storage. You will share a 1.5 bathroom with one other girl.

The building includes free access to lots of amenities: 24h concierge (useful for all your deliveries!), two gyms with brand new equipment, outdoor sundecks with access to barbecues in the summer and a resident’s lounge. The apartment is recently renovated and the kitchen has all you need - dishwasher, oven, microwave…. as well as in-unit washer and dryer.

The two girls that are living here are great, super easy-going and fun. They have typical 9-5 jobs - one works in the city and the other in Secaucus. They are clean, very respectful. They usually lay low during the week and go out on the weekends.
