About Us:
We live in a house with 4 other roommates. We are all working, professional, couples aged between 25-31 years old.
We originally signed the lease for 1 year this past July, but due to life events, my boyfriend and I now have to end our lease early. Our housemates will be staying for the remainder of the lease which would end at the end of June 2019.
About the room and house:
Room availability is flexible Rent $1150 + Utilities which comes to roughly $100 per month depending on gas, water, electricity, wifi, household items(optional) This is a large master bedroom that could easily fit two full sized or 1 cal king bed in it. There are two walk-in closets plus a private bathroom with full bath. There is sky lighting in the room and it’s also away from the other bedrooms so it provides privacy. The kitchen is shared, but you will be sharing a fridge with only 1 couple. There is a washer and dryer attached to the house plus free parking. There is a port where 4 cars can tandem park and the street parking doesn’t have any cleaning so no need to move your car(s). There is Wifi included, but no cable.
The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a quiet residential area. The 101 freeway is less than 2 miles away and located near a shopping center with a Vons, starbucks, CVS, and more. The house is located in the middle of Topanga and Northridge mall so you’ve got a lot of accessible places to go to. Its only a few miles from CSUN and even closer to Pierce College.
What we’re looking for:
We are looking for 1-2 people that are responsible, trustworthy, and timely, individuals.
Requirments
- Have good standing credit
- Be able to show proof of employment by letter/ pay stubs from past 2 months.
- Pay 1st and last months rent.No security deposit needed. Total cost to move-in comes to $2300.
- small pets may be considered.
