This is the non-smoking living space. Not 420 friendly. The lease is month to month and you will be required to apply at the property management and do a background check.

I have 2 small dogs, but they are very well behaved & do not bark or shed. Unfortunately that maxes out the amount of pets allowed . You will have your own room with a locking door For privacy. There is a double bed with a memory foam mattress, a desk and chair, a closet for storage, and if needed other space for storage . The third room is a computer room that you will have access to. It is a townhouse so bedrooms are upstairs, also the main bath. There is a 1/2 bath downstairs. There is a patio with a grass yard to enjoy. I park in the garage and you will have the spot in front of it. The complex is located right next to the community pool Which will open during the warmer months. There is a workout area with a pool table that you will have access to. Ray’s grocery store is within walking distance, as well as a laundromat, the post office, Several restaurants and the transit route. If you enjoy being outdoors, you will like the parks nearby, where you can walk, go fishing, boating. Or bike ride. A few of the local wineries are just minutes away, and just 45 minutes to the coast
