Private third floor is one huge room of 430 square feet! Room for a queen size bed, furniture and a sitting area. Third floor also has your own half bath. There is a full bath on the second floor to shower. House is 4 blocks to the beach, pool in back. I am divorced with 2 kids who are here half the time. I also have a very friendly dog. As for you, strongly prefer a female due to kids, non smoker, gainfully employed, respectful and clean. Background check will be necessary.
