The apartment is large with a long hallway. The two bedrooms are at the front of the apartment followed by a bathroom with a claw foot tub and a separate toilet room A separate shared TV / Family Room and a large eat-in kitchen. A nice outdoor balcony off the kitchen has a small dining table with chairs and plants.

The kitchen has been remodeled and includes a dishwasher. There is a large storage unit on the first level that will be shared. Approximately 12’ x 14’. A laundry mat is directly across the street from the apartment building. Other tenants in the building are quiet and retired.

Rent is $1800 + utilities, cable and internet. Rent includes cleaning by professional maid every other week.

I am female, mid 30’s, employed full time. I spend a lot of time away from the apartment with boyfriend, friends and activities. Move in date is flexible and length of lease can be negotiated.
