This apartment is great if you are wanting a nice secure place to stay, in the center of Los Angeles (Koreatown). Accessibility to public transportation via train or bus to get to other parts of town is extremely easy. Plenty of restaurants, all of which are in walking distance, as well as the grocery store. There is also some night life in the area, a few karaoke bars and clubs, for weekend enjoyment.

This apartment should be a place of refuge, as we are quiet/chill but fun roommates. This is not a strict living environment, smoking in the apartment is allowed (420 friendly, except cigarettes). You are welcome to have guests so long as they are respectful towards your roommates and the apartment. Noise is fine, so long as it is respectful towards housemates.

The building has 24hr security and surveillance, so your safety here is not to question. You will have access to the balcony through you’re designated room. There is also a nice pool with landscaping and exercise gym on the rooftop (with excellent views and you can see the Hollywood sign from up there), of which you will also have access to.

My fellow roommate and I are both very busy, so at times the apartment will be empty during the day. Looking for someone who is a creative (preferably) or student, has their own schedule going on and is looking for a nice place to stay with chill roommates.

YOU MUST BE CLEAN!!!!!!! THAT IS THE ONLY REQUIREMENT!!! Your personal area can be in whatever state you see fit, so long as it does not affect the other housemates (odor, dirt, etc). However, the areas in which we all share in the apartment i.e. the kitchen, bathroom, and balcony, should ALWAYS be in great condition.
