Near Highlands, Tennyson, Old Town Arvada. Renting out 1 bedroom in our 2bed/1 bath house near 44th and Harlan. The bedroom can be furnished or not. House is fully furnished.

My husband, Mike, just started a job in the Roaring Fork Valley so he doesn’t really live in the home. He would swing by on an occasional weekend at most. I will be splitting my time between visiting Mike and living in the home so you’ll have the place to yourself once in a while. We’re both in our early 30’s and would like someone in the general age range. Ok with someone younger as long as they are mature. We’re friendly, laid back, and courteous and looking for someone similar. I currently work in the travel industry and Mike works as a project manager. There will be 1 dog and 1 cat in the house (we have a second dog living with Mike) and would be open to another friendly pet for an additional deposit.

The bedroom is a decent size with a large deep closet and natural light from 2 big windows. Extra storage in the garage if needed. I currently have a full sized bed and a desk in the room but can clear that out for you if you want to move in your own furniture.

The house had a large fenced backyard with a patio, BBQ, and fire-pit. Garage for storage, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and large gardening area you can use.

We’re in a great location– close to i70 w/ quick access to the mountains, walking/biking distance to Old Town Arvada, Tennyson Street, and the shops on 38th. It’s about a 15 minute drive to get to downtown Denver.
