I’m a pretty laid back, fun loving, moderate liberal joker and my 5 year old English Bulldog is very friendly. I’m a closet nerd who is a huge tech guy and gamer. I’m also a really good cook who likes to make delicious, healthy dishes. If you decide to live here, be prepared to eat well. While I am generally neat and like things organized, I may leave dishes overnight.

I’m looking for a roommate that is fairly clean, pays on time, is kind to dogs and does not smoke or do hard drugs. I am also seeking someone who is willing to take over the lease of this apartment and get a roommate of their own in the next few months. I am buying a home and would rather not break my lease.

The apartment is part of a new construction complex in Roselle, NJ and has a lot of great features like a washer and dryer, security cameras and a door buzzer that interacts with your phone. Tenants have access to a gym, pool, grill area, indoor & outdoor lounges, shipping lockers, free train shuttle, hallway trash & recycling pickup and a huge park behind the facility.

Both of us will have a private bedroom and bath and you can take your pick after I move out. Your current bedroom dimensions will be 10’ 8“ x 11’ 3“ with 2 windows and an ample closet.
