This bedroom/bathroom is for ONE person only. There is kitchen cabinet space, wifi and a washer/dryer in home. Available March 18 . Must show proof of income ( retired welcome) and a current state ID/DL. One hundred dollars will hold the room combo for 2 weeks, If you don’t move-in by the move in date then your deposit will NOT be refunded .Therefore,you must be serious about renting. The private room/bathroom is currently occupied but will show with an appointment starting February 25th. I strongly desire a MATURE, Responsible adult over 50 years old.
