About the room
I have a three bedroom house in Granby. I am renting out the master bedroom / master bath to a roommate (you!). Great views from your room - big room with private bathroom. I rent the smaller room on airbnb. Can reduce rent if the roommate wants to help with the airbnb. Share living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry and deck. Also comes with half the garage and driveway parking. You would pay 1/3 the utilities. The house is furnished except your room. I work from home. I love being outdoors which is why I moved here.
