Room for rent in large new home. 3300 Sq Ft, 6 bedroom house. Utilities and internet included. You will share a bathroom with one other roommate.
Very kid friendly home, no smoking or partying. Large yard with big play set.
Current roommates get along very well, no drama! Central location close to Silverdale and Bremerton, 10 minutes to the ferry.
Must be able to pass a background check, provide references and proof of employment/income.
Rent is $700 month, first and last months rent and deposit due at time of move in. Deposit is $400. $200 of the deposit is a non-refundable cleaning fee. Pets are welcome so long as they are good with other animals and children and current on all vaccinations. Additional pet fees will apply.
Will consider discounted rent in exchange for cleaning/chores (Iām a single working mother of 3).
