This bedroom is a 1 bedroom, including a queen size bed included, and all amenities as well. You will have a parking space on the driveway, front door access, washer and dryer is additional but in the home, kitchen access although you must supply your own meals, your own bathroom including shower, a closet, and upstairs of the property as well. The amenities included are as follows: Unlimited Wi-Fi, Water, Electricity, Gas, Trash. Extra amenities that can be included are as follows with their prices: Limited Weekly Washer & Dryer access-$40.00 a week. Phone access-$10.00 monthly. This is a family oriented household. I wouldn’t like to have any company in the home at any time after 11p,m on any day. The living room is not open for outside company. At no given time can anyone else habitat in this home with you.
