This is a detached townhouse that has four bedrooms. My college age daughter lives with me. One room will be an office. My parents own the home in Tierrasanta they just rent it out. With rents so high I left where I was living because of the price. The home will be fully furnished except for the available bedroom. The shower will be shared but there are two other 1/2 baths. There is a small backyard. The community has a 5 acre park, a pool, tennis courts, basketball courts and a clubhouse. You will be very close to shopping and right off the 15 and 52.
