Fiat Drive

We have a furnished 1 bedroom room available in our home with a semi-private bathroom in the hallway. Bath only gets used when overnight guests might be over which is not a frequent occurrence. We are a married male gay couple in our 30’s. Very easy-going, professional working folks. Townhouse has three levels. Our current roommate is getting hitched and moving in with the wifey. Room is available Jan. 1st, 2019. We are very close to Fort Meade and NSA. Also close to Anne Arundel Mills Mall with all of the shopping you can handle, less than 2 miles away. Our ideal housemate will also be a working professional. Military preferred, veteran household here, but not required. We are not the “party” types, but we’re not lame either. We’re both very easy going, have few house “rules” that we try to adhere to. We’re certainly not looking to have routine weekday or weekend parties in our home. We are also not looking to have a couple with pets move in. Occasional overnight guests are okay, but not every night of the week. We both work shift work in our career fields, so we’re often gone. We also have 2 very friendly dogs, so you must be dog friendly. We also dislike smoking, but feel free to knock yourself out on the deck or patio areas. Room is again furnished, has direct tv, wi-fi, all utilities are included. Will have space in pantry for your own goodies. May utilize all of our cooking pots and pans if you cook. Space in the fridge will also be available. Month to month is fine. Washer and dryer are located right outside bedroom level of the home.
