About the room
Hi! We are looking for a friendly roommate to join our apartment around the 1st of November. It is completely furnished, very modern (the building has been finished in January 2018), and located in the very center of San Francisco.
The apartment includes: -Washer -Dryer -Dishwasher -Shared Kitchen -Shared Bathroom -Large Wardrobe
- TV/Internet -Utilities are split evenly
The Building: 33 Tehama is the newest building in the city. You can check their website but it truly is a dream place to live in. There is plenty of amenities in free access like a Rooftop, a Gym, a SPA (sauna, jacuzzi, steam room), coworking spaces, Conciergerie service, BBQ… The last images are pictures of upstairs :) You’ll have one of the nicest views in San Francisco (Bay Bridge, SalesForce Tower, and pretty much all the financial district, Twin Peaks, AT&T Park…) It is close to the BART and a lot of restaurants.

You would share the converted living room on a queen size bunk bed.
