Westbridge Drive

We are looking for a responsible, friendly, respectful female roommate to share a roomy 1,800 sq. ft. 3-bedroom / 3.5 bath townhome in Fort Collins. The townhome is located at 1637 Westbridge Drive, which is less than 2-miles from the heart of CSU campus/Lory Student Center and 4-miles from Front Range Community College. Current roommates are all graduates of CSU and either pursuing their Masters or working in professional positions.

The bedroom shares a large full bathroom. The $600.00 includes all utilities (i.e. water, trash, sewer, a/c, heat, electric and high-speed wireless internet)!!! The townhome is available for move-in immediately and the lease will run through July 31, 2019. The lease can run until July 31, 2020 (your decision and choice!). The security deposit is $900.00, which is due at move-in, but owner is willing to break this up into 3-monthly installments.

Townhome includes the following amenities:

• Large laundry room with washer & dryer
• Nice kitchen (dishwasher, disposal, fridge, electric stove, microwave)
• 3-levels, so living space is nicely separated
• Lots of storage space
• Over-sized 1-car attached garage (mainly used for bike(s) and storage)
• Partially furnished: kitchen table & chairs, couch, recliner, coffee table (bedrooms are not furnished)

• Half-Bathroom on main level for guests and shared use

• Less than 1/2-mile from the Spring Creek Trail
• Landlord is a parent of a recent CSU grad, who takes very good care of the tenants and the townhome

Some Rules to be aware of:

• No smoking in the townhome (of any kind or flavor, including 420!)
• A dog already has special permission to be in the townhome, so no other pets are allowed at this time
• Drama free relaxed environment!
