Hello, we are two cousins (Male) who have a current lease that ends on February 5th, 2019. Seeking a clean, responsible and respectful roommate who can renew the lease with us. The lease needs to be signed by January 1st 2018. You will have a room of your own and a shared bathroom. The room size is 10’ 11’’ x 10’10“. We will share the common space. Your portion of rent will be $875.00 (including utilities). We do not have cable, but we do have internet speeds of 100mps/10mps. Utilties include: Internet, gas, electricity, and utilities charges from the apartment complex. You will need to pay $875.00 security deposit before moving in. The lease includes a garage for yourself . The apartment complex has pools, jacuzzi, and a gym. I’m not looking for a couple or families to move in. No pets but overnight guests are allowed (within reason).

About us, we are two cousins who have full time jobs and enjoy relaxing at home. LGBT+ friendly, Please let me know if you are interested as we are looking to get this living situation settled as soon as possible.

P.S You will need to pass the background and credit check done by the apartment complex. It will cost around $50.
