I’m moving out to my own apartment but I’m helping my landlady find someone. The rent is month to month, she is semi-retired, has two small dogs (and a cat that is mostly outside). She would like a single female who rarely has guests spending the night, no animals and no kids. It is very close to everything you need. She is very friendly.
