About the room
I own the condo and am looking for a roommate. Preferably 55 and older. I have a small friendly dog. We have swimming pool,club house,tennis courts which will be PICKELLBALL soon..our own parking. This is located close to restaurants,churches,bars,grocery stores.We are 10 minutes to the beach. Bus line is here. Very safe area. I am tidy and expect the same.
