Our one Sister loves to travel and is away most of the time and her Dog is always with her Mama. No other pets of any kind can be allowed, we are very respectful of each other’s space and privacy and would like the same from you. We need you to be responsible and tidy. Room is furnished and very clean and cozy, mirrored closet and private patio. You will have laundry onsite(garage) and full kitchen privileges so if you love to cook feel free just be tidy and clean up after yourself. We all kind of keep to ourselves but enjoy talking to one another in the common areas, everyone just kind of comes and goes. Free WIFI, Free Internet, Free Direct TV. Street Parking. Our home is within walking distance to dining, grocery stores, bus stops and close to Mt. San Antonio (Mt. Sac) Fullerton (CSUF)college and Cal Poly Pomona. If you like Starbucks we have one right around the corner. Our main cross streets are Fairway and Colima. Please bring your recent pay stubs proof of income. If a safe cozy home setting is what you are looking for and not a party house, then come live with us. Total move in cost would be $825. 1st month’s rent $625 plus $200 deposit. $100 of that fee is a non-refundable cleaning Fee.
