Hi! Room for rent in our 3 bedroom duplex in Koreatown starting November 1st! This lease is a short term month to month until February, then all tenants move out. Rent for this room is $1200/mo.

The room has amazing natural light, the size of a master bedroom, and a full closet. Tenant will share full bathroom with one other roommate. Utilities included: water. We pay for gas ($15/month), internet ($50/month), and electric/trash service (varies) per every other month. You will also get a parkings stop in our drive way (tandem).

The architecture of this duplex is everything. The unit is large. Please note, we have a private, indoor stairwell that leads to the unit that we live in. We have a full garage for all of your storage needs, and a huge patio that sits above the entire garage that we have turned into a hang spot. Brand new washer/dryer IN THE UNIT, stainless steel appliances, and we have central air!!

Koreatown is centrally located with lots of things to do nearby! Close to - Downtown, Hollywood, West Hollywood, Silverlake areas.

Roommate profiles: I live with a heterosexual couple (mid 20s). The girl is a partial live-in nanny who is only home Sundays and Mondays and her boyfriend works in the music industry. Our other roommate is, also in her mid twenties, and works in law. Everyone that lives in the house is super friendly, and easy going. We are all clean people - if you are messy, just keep that in your room.

Looking for: Must love dogs as we have two awesome dogs. Someone who is clean and tidy and is respectful of our personal items. If you smoke, keep it outside. We are social drinkers - so no partying at the place or super late nighters as we are all professionals and work. We are all very friendly people and get along well with others!
