Room available should be rented for at least 6 months, but other arrangements may be (considered at owner’s discretion.) I have 2 bedrooms available. Bedroom 1 $400/month + 200 security deposit; bedroom 2 is $500 / $250 security deposit. Share bathroom other arrangement may be available (at owner’s discretion). Internet $10/month. Laundry room in basement with rack for hanging clothes as you take them out of the dryer (you must have your own hangers or use what may be available.
