Need roommie to share 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apt. Rent and utilities averages $750 per month. Varies a bit based on utilities usage. No pets please. Your bedroom is unfurnished so bring your bed!! Please have a day time job you go to Monday - Friday. A/C temp inside is usually 73 degrees, but on really hot days, can go down to 70. If it is hot outside, it is definitely cool inside! If you need 80 to be comfortable, please keep looking! Must pay rent on-time everytime. Previous roommate experience is helpful. I am really down to earth and live simply; a glass of wine at the end of the day is fine. Heavy drinking, loud music and shouting phone calls is not. One occasional overnight guest might be okay with a few days notice, but not a regular occurence. If you need a reasonably priced, clean and quiet place to re-charge for tomorrow’s work day, this may be perfect for you! There is a pool onsite as well as a fitness room. I keep my “stuff” in my room and common areas are always neat and tidy. We share the living room, kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer. Plenty of parking with easy access to front door. Apartment on second floor, steps are very easy to navigate. I know this ad sounds a little dry, sorry! Wanted to make sure you know important details up front.
