West Gutierrez Street

I have 3 roommates. I am moving out in December and in order to get out of the lease I need someone else willing to take that spot. I share a room with one girl, but she is not sure yet if she is staying or moving out as well. The lease would be from December to May and the other two roommates will be here. The kitchen and living room are fully furnished so all you would need is stuff for the bedroom like a mattress and side table. The closet also has a full organizer in it which is incredibly helpful. There is a pool and a super nice community with lots of college kids. There is also a security guard that walks around nightly to keep everyone safe.
