The townhome is 3-story unit with a central A/C unit and washer/dryer.

1st floor: Hardwood floor that has a beautiful kitchen that leads into the dining and living room areas. Also has a half bathroom. Leads to garage downstairs.

2nd floor: Carpeted 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom and washer/dryer. There are 2 roommates on this floor.

3rd floor: Carpeted master bedroom

Area is a low key and quiet, but location is still close to everything that you need. 5 min drive to Ventura Blvd. Close to 101, 134, and 170. Also right next to the metro.

We’re 2 music producers from the Bay Area. Don’t worry, we don’t blast the music loud at all. We’ll be living on the second floor. There are 2 separate rooms with 1 bathroom on this floor. We’re pretty laidback social guys. Although, we’re usually working on music, we do like to take a break and go out once in awhile. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
