The apartment is a 1200 square foot two-story townhome with an attached garage. Some cool things about the place include:

• Central heating and cooling
• Each bedroom has its own patio
• Patio surrounding the front door on the first floor
• Each bedroom has a skylight, and high ceilings.
• Huge kitchen with walk-in pantry
• Walk-in closets

Amenities on the premises include: Tennis courts, pools, a small gym, and a small cafe/lounge.

I have a server rack and a workbench in the garage, along with an assortment of hand/power tools, precision measuring equipment, cabling spools + termination equipment, etc, all of which you are free to use, as long as you treat them (and all of my equipment in/on them) with respect.

Note that I’ve included both current (furnished by my current roommate) and old (unfurnished, what the room will look like after the current roommate moves out) pictures of the room available for rent.

I’m fairly easy to get along with. I have only one hard rule, which is that you may not wear shoes in the house. I have a shoe rack at the door which you are free to fill with as many shoes as you want.

A bit about me:

• B.Sc Computer Science.
• I work as an engineer for a large company that has an office in the area.
• I have two ragdoll kittens.
• I don’t drink at home, and don’t smoke.
• For the most part, I keep things clean and organized.
