Beautiful Three bedroom, two bathroom apt with indoor washer n dryer; inmaculate clean, also tons of restaurants,schools train stations, buses etc near by; downtown, lake n airport under 15 min. The reason I prefer females is because The apt will b almost theirs since I work 12-14 hours a day six days a week so I’m exchanging low rent for their own cleaning of entire apt. My bedroom n bath I take care off n is totally independent from whole apt. Bedrooms easily fit queen size bed n other.
