McKibbin Street

Beautiful room available in the famous McKibbin Lofts starting November 1. It’s month to month, no contract required.

The room has one whole wall of windows, wooden floor and is on the 4th floor, so very bright and close to the roof.

Laundry (Washer + Dryer) and a huge elevator are in the building. There’s a huge rooftop with a view on the skyline and provided seating. The entire building has been renovated recently, including the huge elevator.

The roommates are two guys and one girl who is moving out right now, so you could choose your third roommate if you like. There’s a great community in this building, everybody hangs out with the neighbors a lot.

5 minute walk to the Morgan L and 12 minutes walk to the Flushing J so you’ll get to the city in 30 minutes or less. Across the street is a Blue Bottle (there you get the best coffee ever!) and in 5 minutes walk you get to Bogart street with cafés, grocery shops and art galleries. Downstairs in the building is a bar and a club.

There’re many art studios and old factory buildings in the area. They have graffiti tours here and there’re lots of clubs and bars in this area.

The price is 1035$ + utilities (usually around 60$) + security deposit of 2 months rent. I’d ask you to pay some $ for the furniture and the new built in AC.

It’s a great place if you’re looking for a beautiful room and a community of nice and chill people.
