Bedrock Drive

Hello, my name is Michelle. I am 31, a nurse and have an almost 4-year-old daughter and 3 dogs. Golden Retriever, German Shepherd and a Corgi mix. We live in Liberty Hill in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house located on a ½ acre lot at the end of a cul-de-sac. I have a guest room that is available to rent for someone looking for a place to live whether short term or long term. The dogs have always been kept out of the room. My daughter currently uses the guest bathroom. I am open to having her share mine if the renter would like to have the guest bathroom to themselves. A king-sized mattress with bedframe and two side tables are currently in the room and are fine to either be used or I can remove them if you would prefer to use your own. Pictures on the walls of the bedroom can be taken down as well if you would rather have everything stripped to make it your own. The room has cable access but I am not set up with cable, renter is welcome to have it set up for their own use at their own cost as I only use Netflix. The driveway can fit two vehicles and the cul-de-sac has room to park as well. Shared space would include the living room, kitchen (would have your own space in cupboards, drawers, refrigerator, pantry ect), fenced in back yard which has an in ground pool, trampoline, grill, tool shed and playscape. I also have a separate laundry room the renter is more than welcome to use. I am looking for a female who is responsible, kid friendly and ok with the dogs being in the shared space. I am not a smoker but am fine if the renter is as long as smoking is kept outside. No cats, but dogs or other pets are welcome as long as they are known to be safe around kids and other dogs. I am asking for $800 rent and splitting utilities.
