House comes fully furnished, and we are looking to sign a 1-year lease on August 1st to fill the spot of a roommate who is moving out of ATL.

We both graduated from Clemson in ‘21 with Finance degrees and stay busy with work through the week. Enjoy spending time outside being active (golf, pickleball, etc.) as well as watching sports, going out on the weekends with friends, going to concerts, and traveling. Ideally looking for someone with mutual interests - it’s not uncommon for us to cook and share dinner multiple nights a week when our schedule allows.
