Beautiful new home built in 2022. 2 br 2.5 baths. I am looking for a woman to rent my 2nd bedroom with full private bathroom. Furnished with a full size bed. All utilities included, high speed internet, electric, Flat screen tv in room. Large double door closet. I have a small Dog, a Doxie mix. I live on a busy road. Beautiful backyard with furnished with outdoor furniture. There is some road noise but house is well insulated. I love animals , so I may consider another small dog or cat but they must be fully house trained. You will have full use of living room, kitchen, all appliances, washer / dryer. Must be neat and tidy! Very safe and secure neighborhood. 2.5 miles to Public park on lake Lanier. less then a mile to Ga 400. Close to Costco! Bedroom is upstairs. No smoking, vaping or cannabis. Inside or outside the home.

I am a 61 yo straight female. Divorced Mom of two grown kids. I live alone with my furbaby, Molly. I work from home and take online classes to finally finish my BA. I enjoy being active, gym and pickleball. I have a boyfriend who rarely stays here and does not live with me. My family lives down the street. This room will be rented for min 6 months. I am easy going and enjoy outdoor music with friends. I am a Christian, we attend a local church couple times a month.
