New renovated apartment at Citi on Camelback. Very close to both the 51 and the 17, Skyharbor airport, downtown, amazing restaurants + bars, and local hikes. You would be subletting the secondary bedroom which is plenty spacious, and you would have your own bathroom. I have furnished the apartment so all you would need is your bedroom set :) Ideally I am looking for someone who is in their late 20s or 30s, either in school, or a working professional. I’m pretty easy going and all I ask is we respect the common areas since those are shared spaces. Our lease ends Dec 29th (I know terrible timing with the holidays lol) and I would be open to resigning or looking for my own place. Hi I’m Paris and I have lived in Arizona for 2.5 years! I am originally from Michigan, but I have wanted to move out west since I was about 18. I played soccer in college and love to stay active by doing HIIT workouts at orangetheory, or hiking! I work as a chiropractor in Peoria, and although its nice to be close to work, I wanted to move closer to the city since that is where I spend most of my free time. I moved to the Biltmore area Jan 2023 and love it! My current roommate is going to be moving in with a friend so we are looking to sublet his room. I love a good night out, but also a night on the couch binging trash tv with a glass of wine sounds amazing. In my free time I like to try new restaurants, explore the city, hit up breweries, hike, day trips to flag or Sedona, attend concerts, and find the perfect taco and margarita combo.
