Valles Drive

Our backyard faces the CSUSB campus/dorms and the beautiful mountains. We often get to see the skydivers coming down. The area is very quiet, plenty of parking out front. We have a large room available to rent with double closets and a shared jack-n-jill full bathroom with double sink and a seperate door that seperates the toilet & tub from the double sinks. You will have full access to the house. Kitchen, laundry room, living room, backyard, etc. We prefer no visitors unless prior discussed.

We are a family of 4. 3 adults and one teenage boy. I am 36 years old, my husband is 51, my stepson is 31 and my son is 16.
