This property is a 5-bedroom with 2 full baths and a large fenced-in backyard. It is right off of Main Street in Manayunk, so lots of cool bars/restaurants/shops right outside! The house is also right next to a bus stop and paid resident parking garage ($120 per month), and only half a mile from a train stop, so ideal whether you have a car or you’ll be using public transportation.

Myself (Vanessa - she/her) and my friend Wren (they/them) are moving to Philly in August, and have leased this house in Manayunk. We are hoping to find roommates to share it with! I do have two dogs, so must be pet friendly! More pets are also welcome. We hope to be friends with our roommates and find people who want to hang out and explore the city together!
