Hi! My name is Jess and I live at The Yards at Malvern in a two bedroom two bathroom apartment with my golden retriever, Colby Jack. Move in July 31 for a one year lease. You would have a big walk in closet, bath tub, overlooking the courtyard that has a pool, hot tub, pool table, grills, fire pits, tvs, putting green and bocci (it’s sick!). In the lobby, they throw a lot of happy hours and have beer taps they open with lots of food and wine and cool, young people. They also have a pool table, shuffle board, business center, fireplaces, a golf simulator room, full gym, yoga studio and dog washing room. Management is amazing here and they consider all my requests to make the building better. Also I couldn’t live without the handymen who will come whenever, even just to help put up a shelf or something haha.

My name is Jess, I’m 31 and have the happiest golden retriever you’ll ever meet, Colby Jack. So must be dog friendly!! I am a realtor on the main line, so I mostly work from home unless I’m out showing properties, so I would want someone who preferably does not work from home. It would just get annoying and cramped. I would prefer women only but I would consider a guy as well. A couple would be tough since it’s smaller. I’m super chill and easy to live with, I don’t have a huge ego to make things go my way and I’m fine with you decorating really however. I just want to make you feel comfortable and not like a guest. I would love to get rid of my tiny couch and get an amazing sectional!!
