Hi, we’re looking to fill a master bedroom in a four bedroom condo on July 5th or after. The roommates in the complex are mostly college educated working professionals. We also prefer someone who works out of the home, and works M-F in the mornings.

The condo is located near Harbor and Hamilton, two blocks north of Triangle square. The room is unfurnished, and around 200 square feet. The master is a private room, private bath, and has its own entrance. The new tenant will have a dedicated parking spot inside the complex.

Rent for the unit is $1250 per month. Rent is month to month but we prefer someone for the long term (at least a year). Utilities range anywhere from 60 - $120 per month (gas, electric, wifi, water) .There is a $25 application fee. You must have good credit and pass a background check. Sorry, no pets allowed.
