Orion's room

I am looking for someone to sign onto the upcoming lease by end of June, move in by and begin paying rent at end of August at the latest. Listed price includes rent, water and trash, electric, and internet. The current pets in the apartment will be moving out along with my other current roommate, and I have no pets or my own. You can bring up to two pets with you but you will need to pay pet rent ($30 per pet.) If you join me on this established lease, the apartment complex only charges an $18 fee to add you on the lease. They have told me there are no other security deposit or fees for established leases.

You can stay in the master bedroom, and I will take the smaller room. There is a dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit, there are heating vents, there is a parcel pending for packages. There is a pool, hot tub, and small gym for tenants. This is a beautiful and safe location and I would love to stay on here if I can find the right fit.

I am 32, transmasculine, non-binary, and queer. I work full time in the mental health field and work from home at least one day a week.

I am into board games, video games, sci fi, and comic books. I enjoy going to drag shows, museums, and roller derby.

I can keep to myself if preferred but I’d love to make a new friend out of this experience.
