4 bedroom, two bath house. Downstairs bedroom available, 13x13. Laundry unit in the house. House is fully remodeled with AC unit. The deposit can be made in a 3 month installment. Utilities are about $80 a month.

I’m Jen, 39, social worker for the state. Cressida, 36, working professional. James, 26, working professional. Juan, 23, working professional. We’re all very laid back and friendly, but we’re always in and out of the house. We are also pretty clean people and expect the next roommate to maintain the cleanliness of the house. I do have a medium size dog and a puppy, and unfortunately the landlord will not accept any more pets.
