i, looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease from now to April 2019 in a 2 bed, 2 bath in the Lodo district.

My bedroom is the master room of the apartment and has its own private bathroom with a shower/tub and storage space and private walk in closet. The room fits a queen/king bed, dresser, desk, and sitting chair. As I am moving to a fully furnished apartment, I don’t want the bed that is currently there and this will be for sale along with the mattress if wanted (less than a year and a half old).

Living space fully furnished. The house has internet but no cable, this can be changed if needed.

The other roommate is a professional that work full time during the week (8:00 AM-7:00 PM). She is extremely active and very sociable. She is highly accepting and respecting of personal space etc. She also has a little dog which is very calm and loving.

Move in can happen as soon as you are approved by the leasing company and can be as immediate as next week. Costs are below:
