Jessie's room

Hi! My roommate Lyndsay and I are looking to fill 2 rooms in our East Nashville home, lease starting on August 1st but possibly sooner. It’s a recent build and a great location right by Grimey’s, Living Waters Brewing, Elegy coffee and Ellington Pkwy in a super popular part of East. We have a front porch and backyard and its on a quiet cul-de-sac street with other families. Pricing for the rooms available range from $800-1150, depending on which room you want to take. One of them is the upstairs master that has its own deck, walk-in closet and bathroom. The other two rooms available share a bathroom and are cheaper in rent.

Lyndsay and I are in our mid-late 20s, here’s a bit more about us!

Jessie (29): I’m a singer-songwriter writing mostly for film and personal artist projects. I’m in and out of the house a lot but I love to cook and have friends over occasionally. When I’m not working or involved in community/church events I love longboarding, climbing, playing video games, and reading. I do track vocals/instruments in my studio a few days/nights a week and will need quiet time for when I’m working on those projects, so we would love to have someone with a 9-5 or who’s lifestyle allows me that occasional time to record (Mostly Mon & Tues).

Lyndsay (24): I work as an engineer during the day and outside of work I enjoy hanging with friends, climbing, or just being outside. In general, I’m pretty laid back and am also in and out of the house a lot.

Our Christian faith is super important to us and we are very involved in our church community. We would love to live with someone like-minded with similar values who is clean, considerate and kind!
