About the House: Each bedroom in the house comes with its own en-suite bathroom, providing maximum privacy and convenience for each resident. The common areas include a fully equipped kitchen, two cozy living room areas, a dining area, and a laundry room. The house is situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood, perfect for students or professionals looking for a peaceful environment.

Roommate Preferences: Looking for 2 roommates to share the house. Co-ed roommates are welcome! Ideal candidates would be responsible, respectful, and considerate individuals who value a clean and peaceful living environment. Students or professionals are preferred, but all will be considered. Smokers and cats or exotic pets are not allowed.

Rent and Utilities: Rent for each bedroom is $670 per month. Utilities, including electricity, water, and high-speed internet, will be divided equally among the roommates and Estimated to be ~250 DIVIDED EQUALLY.
