Welcome to my jungle paradise. I’m renting out the master bedroom in my 2bd 2ba beautiful jungle apartment in UTC. The apartment gets tons of lights and, as you can see, good vibes from the plants that I take care of. The master bedroom is unfurnished so that you can decorate it to your desire. And it comes with a huge walk-in closet and adjoining bathroom. The apartment complex has a pool, jacuzzi, washer/dryer onsite and 1 parking spot available for you my future roommie. And, it’s right next to the Westfield UTC mall which has tons of food and drinks.

I am a 32yr old research scientist in biotech. I’m pretty easygoing and friendly. I currently work hybrid, but will mostly be in my room. I am looking for a clean, chill and responsible roommate for june-august. Feel free to have people over (I occasionally hang out with friends too), but no parties please. The sublet period can be negotiated depending on your situation.
